Tom Yam Paste
“Tom Yam” means sour and spicy. Tom Yam soup is cooked by stewing all the minor ingredients in a big pot, and adding giant freshwater prawns, fish sauce, straw mushrooms, evaporated milk, and coconut juice, among other things to continue to stew. The sourness is refreshing and it opens our appetite. The soup looks red and it is palatable and spicy.
