(Curry Rendang) Dry Curry Paste
“Rendang” is a famous Southeast Asian curry cuisine. It is known as “Malay dry curry” for it has very little or no sauce at all. Dry curry has a very pleasant smell and multilayered taste. It is very tempting and is suitable for cooking all sorts of meats, and meanwhile, different meats will bring out diversified tastes and textures when meet with the spices in the curry paste. A strong curry aroma, a little bit spicy and a multilayered but mysterious taste of the paste are the best combined with rice.
